Ride the waves! Concord Family YMCA is offering a Summer Surf Clinic starting August 4th through August 8th 8:00am-4:00 pm. This clinic is broken up into 2 age groups, 9-12yrs and 13-17yrs. Each day we will meet at the Y and set sail to Hampton Beach, learn about the ocean, paddling, how to control a surf board and catch a wave! Surf boards and wet suits are available, register soon, the Surf Clinic is limited to 12 participants.

Train with the best! Concord Family YMCA will be holding two Summer Triathalon Clinics this summer for Preteens and teens. This exciting clinic will feature some of the nations best athletes to train and educate those interested completing a Triathlon. Everyday you will be challenged by biking on roads or trails, swimming in pools. Lakes or Rivers, running on a track, in the woods, or on the road. Learn about nutrition, strategies, and fundamentals of training. All levels welcome. Mark your calendar- a full triathlon will occur on Friday of the week.

Did you know the Y will come to your pool once a week in the summer for swimming lessons? A great affordable way to learn swimming in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Groups of 6 or less, Ages 6mo and up. Call 228-YMCA to join this popular program.
