Families, seniors, singles, employees, and organizations will converge on the Concord Family YMCA, 15 N. State St., on Saturday, Sept. 20, 2008, from 1:00-4:00 p.m. to set a record for the most number of people simultaneously exercising in Concord (official record time is 2:00-3:00 pm). We encourage EVERYONE to join in the fun, regardless of current fitness level or physique.
